1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Service.

4. Third-party services (Google, email providers, and AI providers)
The Service connects to third-party services (such as Google/Gmail) to provide functionality. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
Some features may process content using third-party AI services to generate classifications or suggested drafts. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated output before using it.
5. Subscriptions and billing
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Plan features and pricing may change; we will provide notice where required.
6. Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate.

9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
